You changed your mind? We changed the policy.

You have 30 days from the moment your package lands on your doorstep.

Not sure if it’s been 30 days? Email us. We’ll check. We won’t count.

🧴 What You Can Return

Literally anything.

  • Swatched it once and it’s not your soulmate? Return it.

  • Bought two shades because you couldn’t decide? Send one back.

  • Realized you already own this exact lipstick? Happens to the best of us. Return it.

  • Gifted it and they made that face? Return it. No questions about the face.

Opened is fine. Gently used is fine. “I touched it and knew immediately” is completely fine.

The only thing we can’t accept is products that are more than half gone—because at that point, you two had a real relationship.

📬 How to Return

Step 1

Step 2
We send you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours. Not 24–48. Not “up to 3 business days.” Within 24 hours.

Step 3
Pack it up. Stick the label on. Drop it off.

No printing? No problem. We can mail you a physical label. Just ask.

💰 Refunds

The moment the carrier scans your return package, we refund you.

We don’t wait to “inspect” it. We don’t hold your money hostage while your package takes a leisurely trip back to us. The scan happens? The refund happens.

Your original payment method will see the money within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s speed of trust.

💄 Exchanges

Want a different shade? A different formula? The same thing but in the cute limited-edition packaging?

Return the first one and order the second one. We’ll refund you the moment the first one is in transit.

No waiting for the return to arrive. No double charges. Just the right product, on its way, while the wrong one is on its way back.

🎁 Gift Returns

If someone was kind enough to buy you something and it’s not quite you, we make it easy.

Just email us with the order number (or the giver’s name and email) and we’ll process a gift refund to a Lancôme-USA store credit.

No awkward conversations. No “do you still have the receipt?” No gratitude required for something you didn’t ask for.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

We don’t like excluding things. It feels bureaucratic. But here are the rare exceptions:

  • Final sale items (always clearly marked, never a surprise)

  • Gift cards (because they never expire and never lose value)

  • Products you finished completely (that’s just consumption, not buyer’s remorse)

That’s the entire list.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective

If your product arrived looking sadder than it should—broken compact, leaky bottle, smushed lipstick—take a photo and email us.

We’ll send a replacement immediately. Not after you ship the damaged one back. Not after “further review.” Immediately.

Keep the damaged one if you can still use it. Throw it away if you can’t. We don’t need it back. We just need you to have what you paid for.

🌍 International Returns

Free shipping labels are available for all US returns.

For international returns, we offer a flat $8 label—far below actual cost. Or you’re welcome to use your own carrier and we’ll refund up to $15 toward the shipping cost.

We cover duties and customs on the way to you. We don’t want you paying extra just to give something back.
