We offer free worldwide shipping on every single order.

Not on orders over $50. Not for “premier members” only. Not “first purchase free, then figure it out.”

⏱️ Processing Time

We’re fast. Not frantic. Just fast.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Most orders ship within 24 hours. The occasional 3-day edge case usually means you bought something wildly popular and we’re hand-picking the prettiest one for you.

You’ll receive a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking the moment it leaves us.

📬 Delivery Time

Once your order is in transit, you can expect it within 6–12 business days.

This applies everywhere. Domestic. International. A bustling city or a remote cabin. Same window. Same speed.

We don’t offer expedited shipping—not because we don’t want to, but because we believe 70% off is worth waiting a few extra days for. If you need it tomorrow, we gently suggest buying it down the street. (And paying full price.)

📦 Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking link.

You’ll receive it via email as soon as your label is created. You can click it to watch your package travel toward you in real time. We won’t judge how many times you refresh.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, email us. Sometimes carriers forget to scan. Sometimes packages hide in corners of warehouses. We’ll track it down for you.

🧾 Customs & Duties

This is the part where most brands add a “just kidding” surcharge at checkout.

We don’t.

International shipping includes all customs fees, duties, and import taxes. What you pay at checkout is the final price. No postman asking for more money. No “processing fee” upon arrival.

We cover it. Every time. No receipt required.

🌎 Where We Ship

Everywhere. Literally everywhere.

If there’s a mailing address, we ship to it. Residential. Commercial. PO boxes. APO/FPO/DPO. Remote islands. Mountain cabins. Somewhere your GPS doesn’t even recognize.

If your order somehow cannot be delivered due to forces beyond our control (acts of nature, political unrest, a very determined squirrel), we’ll refund you in full—including the shipping cost we never charged you in the first place.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found, here’s what we do:

First, we ask you to double-check: porch, mailbox, neighbor, that one bush by the gate where carriers sometimes hide things.

We’ll investigate with the carrier. If the package is truly lost, we’ll either replace it immediately or issue a full refund—your choice.

No runaround. No “wait 30 days to file a claim.” Just resolution.

🚫 Address Issues

We ship to the address you provide. We’re good, but we’re not psychic.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll correct it—no charge, no hassle.

If it’s already left us, we’ll do our best to intercept it. Sometimes we succeed. Sometimes we don’t. If the package is returned to us, we’ll refund you in full (minus a small restocking fee only if you want us to reship it somewhere else).
