How to apply
x• Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the two phases. • Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with the formula and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften makeup. • Gently swipe over the makeup to remove and repeat until all makeup residue is gone.
